Great Voice Thread! Your picture really says a lot about the issue that you deal with. I cannot imagine how difficult it is to organize everything that you do in your class library. I think the second picture is great. I imagine that I what the library is supposed to look like all the time.
Maybe you could use a voice thread as a how-to presentation at the beginning of the year for student to watch and listen to and incorporate pictures of where everything goes.
